 This programme, developed and led by Kristopher Boulton, offers an exciting opportunity for professional development. Kris is an internationally recognised teacher trainer and education writer, with extensive expertise in

shaping educational standards.

 When you walk into the classroom, how confident are you that, at the start of any randomly chosen lesson on any given day, every student will fully grasp the material by the end?


Many teachers don't feel this confidence ahead of any of their lessons, but by the end of the programme, participants will learn how to: 

  • Teach using a simple method that virtually guarantees the success of every child in their class, every time.


  • Reduce the hundreds of mathematical concepts that teachers need to communicate down to just five.


  • As success becomes increasingly easy, confidence and motivation go up, and curriculum time is freed to explore the most interesting parts of mathematics, and reveal to learners its depth and beauty.

Delivery & Content

  • Large group workshops blend lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and hands-on practice to create an engaging and comprehensive learning experience.


  • Small groups of mentees then become the driving force behind lasting and sustainable change.

Introductory programme:

 

  • 3 * Two-hour workshops that include all teachers of maths in the school


  • 2 * One-hour small-group mentoring sessions with up to three subject leaders


  •  Delivery schedule flexible. Option to add on further workshops and mentoring support as needed.
